All mechanical equipment is installed safely at grade, outside of the wet well, which eliminates the need for confined space entry during routine maintenance and operation. The station features a 1-piece tip-up fiberglass enclosure that opens easily with integrated gas shocks, allowing fast access to internal components. The result is quicker inspections and safer day-to-day maintenance.
The EV Series 3000 is equipped with S&L STAR ONE™ Non-Clog Pumps, which are centrifugal solids-handling pumps designed to last three to five times longer than typical submersible pumps. These pumps deliver higher operating efficiencies across a wide range of pumping conditions. For applications where wipes and ragging are present, the system can be configured with the field-proven X-PELLER® mono-port impeller, engineered to prevent clogging.
QUICKSMART™ programmable logic controls provide an intuitive touchscreen interface for simplified operation and training, while delivering real-time performance monitoring, alarms, and diagnostics. Additional options include the RapidJack® check valve system, which eliminates the need for time-consuming valve disassembly, and the DURO-LAST® 316/Lean Duplex Series 2100 stainless steel baseplate, which offers a 25-year warranty and industry-leading durability.
The station is factory-tested to Hydraulic Institute standards prior to shipment, ensuring reliable performance and minimal field labor. With capacities up to 1,300 gallons per minute, total dynamic head up to 160 feet, and pump sizes up to 6 inches, the EVERLAST™ Series 3000 is a proven solution for municipal, industrial, and private wastewater applications.
