Smith & Loveless package treatment plants and field-erected wastewater treatment systems offer a complete range of advanced aerobic treatment units to meet the varied needs of industry, commercial facilities, municipalities, and private development. Our bio-treatment systems are designed for applications ranging from basic BOD and TSS removal to meeting stringent effluent requirements for water reuse and/or biological nutrient removal (BNR) for removing phosphorus and nitrogen. Our broad system list includes innovative membrane bioreactors (MBR), fixed-film and fixed-bed biological reactors, and complete extended aeration treatment plants. Our pre-engineered systems come in factory-built and field-erected configurations, handling capacities from 1,000 GPD (3.8 m3/d) to 5 MGD (18,900 m3/d). All systems are tailored to meet design requirements for centralized, decentralized, on-site, and off-grid / scalping applications.
