LENEXA, Kan. – Smith & Loveless Inc. is proud to sponsor the City of Lenexa Freedom Run, a long-standing city-wide event celebrating our country’s independence. The event welcomes runners, walkers and strollers from all over the Kansas City metropolitan area to race the morning of Independence Day 2024, beginning and culminating in the heart of Lenexa’s historic district.
As a continuing platinum sponsor of the event, Smith & Loveless is pleased to supply all the water bottles for the race’s 5k and 10k race thirsty participants. Beginning in Old Town Lenexa, the 1,000-plus entrants will pass by Smith & Loveless’ corporate headquarters on Santa Fe Trail Drive, further connecting the common themes. The race loops back to Old Town, finishing on Pflumm Rd. Top finishers will win awards and plaques based on placements – and everyone will get an ice-cold bottle of water from Smith & Loveless.
