This new brochure aims to assist wastewater engineers, small municipalities, private developers, federal and industrial end-user facilities making informed decisions for achieving stringent effluent requirements for flows ranging from 0.1 - 3 million gallons per day.
Smith & Loveless combines the proven field-erected OXIGEST® field-erected treatment system with factory-built S&L MBR tanks to achieve increased BOD/TSS, and bio-nutrient removal [BNR]. The OXIGEST® MBR™ design encompasses various bio-process treatment zones like flow equalization, aeration, anoxic, anaerobic, and sludge storage with membrane filtration to offer advanced treatment and allowing process zone flexibility to meet specific project effluent requirements. These processes can be individually monitored and controlled.
The OXIGEST® MBR™ is equipped with smart components that offer advanced process automation throughout the systems operation — all of which can be controlled efficiently with S&L’s QUICKSMART™ automated control system and monitoring using a touchscreen interface. The OXIGEST® MBR™ is a complete membrane bioreactor system with CA Title 22 approved membranes.
